Marianne has been in the industry for 32 years. When she began her venture, she owned and operated a salon in Lafayette Hill with her mother. She began her education at Martin Anthony in Philadelphia which brought her to numerous classes furthering her education in cosmetology and aesthetics. She was an aesthetician for five years, specializing in European facials, waxing and had a vested interest in dermatology, but her true passion was hair styling. So she went on to attend the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Canada in 2000 for advanced cutting and coloring. She has worked in Chestnut Hill, Lafayette Hill and Conshohocken for over 30 years, doing perms, straighteners, updos, hair cutting and coloring and all manor of skin care.
Marianne enjoys making people feel confident in their appearance while doing her best to match their hairstyles with their personality. “I have been with Sevan The Salon for only a few months and can not stress enough, the professionalism, perfection, knowledge, integrity and pride that this salon carries. Through all my years of experience and training in this profession, I can only say, as a stylist, I have finally found the salon I have been looking for. That not only makes me proud to be a part of, but it has renewed my passion for working with hair!”
